Why I Love TV |
TV is the greatest invention of the 20th century. It is glorious in its entire mind numbing emptiness. I love the warm feeling of being bombarded by electrons late at night when I sleep. TV is the friend that will never stab you in the back. It is always there to keep me company when no one else is. It is a source of never ending useless information that one cannot do with out in today's modern age. TV is the creator of a whole generation of couch potatoes and gives us more reason to procrastinate, one more reason to wait until tomorrow to do what could be done today. Watching TV is like having a profound spiritual experience. I'm sure there's a lot more I could say about how wonderful TV is, but my favourite show is coming on... |
